Lollapalooza happens in the middle of a city. Grant Park sits on the Chicago lakefront with the skyline directly behind the stages, which is the shot everyone recognises even if they have never been.
The 2026 edition ran 30 July to 2 August and is over. As of 9 August the festival's own front page had already turned into a thank you to Chicago, with no 2027 dates announced.
That is worth stating plainly, because this is the exact moment when other sites start publishing next year's dates that nobody has announced. We caught that happening with Tomorrowland and wrote it up in the dates being published for Tomorrowland 2027 are last year's. The same caution applies here.
