We filmed UNTOLD 2025 in 360 and published it

Twenty six spheres at 7680 by 3840, shot inside the 2025 edition and put online where anyone could walk through it. This is the work Mainstage World was built on top of.

Before this magazine existed, we did the thing it is built on. We took a 360 camera into UNTOLD in 2025 and published what we shot, so that anybody could stand inside the festival from a browser.

Drag to look around. The arrows on the floor move you between positions.

What it is

Twenty six connected spheres, each one 7680 by 3840 pixels, which is 8K. The main stage, the arena, the walkways, the crowd. Not a video of somebody else's route through the festival, a set of places you choose to look around from.

Why it still matters a year later

Two reasons, and the second is the honest one.

The useful reason is that a first timer learns more in two minutes inside a sphere than from an hour of photographs. How far the back really is. How much of it is park and how much is stadium. Where the bars sit.

The honest reason is that this is the only thing on this site that no aggregator can copy. Every festival page on the internet has the same lineup poster and the same crowd shot. We have the inside of the place, because we stood in it.

How it feeds the magazine

The photographs on our UNTOLD pages are frames cut from this tour, which is why they look like the inside of a festival rather than a press pack. When you see a photograph on this site, it means we were there. When you see a designed cover instead, it means we were not, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
